Impervious to the passing of time, this collection allows our clients to purchase fabrics they know and love by the metre.

Expertly crafted in our Dyehouse and Weaving Shed in Sudbury, Suffolk, Grand Masters is Gainsborough’s tribute to the designers from generations past and the master weavers of old.

This sumptuous brocatelle is a smaller version of 795, Euston, both of which are reworkings of the well-known Design No 156, Bologna. It is typical of the Italian damasks circa 1730 which became so fashionable for English eighteenth century interiors.
