This year at Decorex 2017 we shared our stand with Silent Pool Gin. As British, artisanal crafters we decided to join together to make this year’s Decorex a special one.
Silent Pool Gin, in collaboration with us, translated the botanical patterns that cover their gin bottles to fabric. We processed the design and wove it with Silk and Lurex, giving it an ultra modern and contemporary finish. The production process here at Gainsborough was documented in film by Stock and Bokeh, and launched at the exhibition alongside pieces of furniture upholstered in Silent Pool’s bespoke fabric.
